Members invest ticket by ticket and decide on each opportunity. No fund, no capital call, and any member can pass on anything.
The Circle is principals and operators who add judgement, introductions, and market access, not only capital.

The Circle
A deliberately small and private group. We keep no public roster and work quietly, deal by deal. The Circle exists to back exceptional companies, not to advertise itself.
